She LEADS by Preach Sista is a sacred mostly virtual community for Christian women who desire to deepen their faith, care for their souls, and lead from a place of spiritual wholeness.

This is more than leadership development.

We believe faithful leadership begins with faithful formation. Before we focus on what you are building, accomplishing, or leading, we create space to consider a deeper question: Who is God forming you to become?

She LEADS is for the woman who carries responsibility. The woman who leads—in her church, workplace, organization, business, or community.
