Below are the members of advisory board that are currently listed on our annual corporate filings.

Note: that the Holy Spirit is not listed even though the Holy Spirit is our chief advisor. Advisory members have been vetted by the founder and are in alignment with the mission and values of Preach Sista!. The composition of the board is reviewed annually in September with new members, if needed, added in October.

Our advisory board serves the purpose of its name—to offer advice that helps this organization grow and achieve its goals. Eric is a member of the advisory board representing the interests of the Antioch Podcast. Latanya and Julie are members of the board for their extensive experience with leading women’s ministries. Each offer valuable insights, ideas, and “reality-checks”. 

In addition to the advisory board of directors, Martina Young and Rhonda Pearson serve as special advisors to the president and founder, Michelle Loyd-Paige. They each oversee their own women’s ministry and/or pastor a church. They, along with Latanya and Julie, meet more frequently with Michelle than the formal advisory board. Why? Because the formal advisory board has business oversight and the more frequent meetings are for reflection and feedback on current programing and proposing new initiatives.
