What is a Soul Care Retreat? Well, for Preach Sista!, it is a small in-person gathering held twice a year on the shores of Lake Michigan. It’s a time of refocusing, renewing. and spiritual refreshing. It’s “mini” because this overnight gathering is limited to no more than ten people. One retreat is held near the beginning of the year and the second is held in the autumn. The retreats are facilitated by Preach Sista! Founder Michelle Loyd-Paige.

Mini Retreats occur twice a year in January and September. These retreats are intentionally smaller gatherings grounded in meditation, prayer, stillness, conversation, and reflection. The January retreat is focused on themes from the devotional (Re)Centered: a 30-Day Realignment Journey. The September retreat is focused on themes from the devotional ReFill with Preach Sista: Practices for Replenishing and Flourishing.. Purchases of the devotionals are encouraged, but not required; however, copies of each will be available for purchase as the retreat.

Retreat fees cover housing, meals, and session materials. Space is limited. [Note: there is an option to stay a second night for an additional fee. The second night is an unstructured social time]
